i sauteed some broccoli flouretts in white wine, a little olive oil lemon juice and garlic till cooked through, then through that into some whole wheat pasta i boiled off and some low fat parmesan cheese for texture and salt balance... Then for my protein i pan seared some chicken breasts in olive oil. drained the pan, then deglazed it with a lot of wine, rosemary, some oregano, minced garlic, and pepper. Put the lid on, let that simmer and fucking infuse the shit out of the chicken till it was so soft and juicy you barely needed a knife. Pulled the chicken out, added a rue of water and flour to thicken the sauce to a gravy. then squeezed in half a lemon to complement the crust on the chicken and done! Serve the chicken with the pan gravy on top and the vegetable pasta on the side.
