facebook 2.0
tonight i visited facebook for the first time in a while and saw that their 2.0 redesign has launched - it’s cluttered/unusable and looks completely awful. how did mz screw this one up so bad after launching one of the most successful iphone apps?

i’ve installed 4 apps, and so far the only one that really shines is facebook.
essentially, it’s a cloud address book (with the same interface as the native iphone contact list), with all of your friends, one click away from email or a phone call.
i’ve always thought facebook was way overvalued, but this app makes me second guess myself.

yesterday, i was sitting down to lunch, and i ran into my buddy prateek who was hurrying off to a meeting - i hadn’t seen him since we both moved to chicago.
today, on my walk home from work, i ran into sarah, who i went to high school with. sarah is probably the nicest person i’ve ever met, and she hasn’t changed a bit.
